All financial transactions on the ph497 Platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱). ph497 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.
Deposits: ph497 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Deposits are credited to your ph497 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph497 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ph497 is ₱100. ph497 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with ph497's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. ph497 may request supporting documentation — including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. ph497 targets an average withdrawal processing time of three (3) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of pending requests.
Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited into your ph497 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5. ph497 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or AML review.
Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. ph497 may apply an administrative fee of ₱50 per month to inactive account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

ph497's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph497 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph497 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph497 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph497 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph497's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ph497 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. ph497 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may close your ph497 account at any time by contacting ph497's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and subject to completion of identity verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Where ph497 terminates your account due to a breach of these Terms, ph497 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including any pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ph497 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where ph497 makes material changes to these Terms, ph497 will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the ph497 Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph497 arising from your use of the Platform, ph497 encourages you to first contact ph497's support team to seek an amicable resolution. ph497 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
